- When you log in, Odoo will ask for a time-sensitive code from the authenticator app, making it difficult for unauthorized users to access your account even if they know your password.

How to Enable 2FA in Odoo:
1️⃣ Log in to Odoo and click on your profile avatar in the upper-right corner.
2️⃣ Select “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
3️⃣ Enforce 2FA for all users:
- Go to Main Odoo Dashboard ‣ Apps.
- Remove the Apps filter from the search bar, then search for “2FA by mail.”
- Click Install on the 2FA by mail module.
- In the Account Security tab, toggle Two-Factor Authentication to active.
