Managed Odoo Community Hosting — Australia
Your business gets an ERP that runs — we keep the server. Stock, orders, invoices and who owes you money in one system, hosted on our own servers in Sydney, Australia. No setup fee. Cancel at any time.
What you are actually buying
Your stock, your orders, your invoices, your customers, your sales and your accounting — all in one system. Odoo Community is the free, open-source version of Odoo, and nobody charges you a licence for it. We host it on our own servers, run it, patch it and back it up, so the only thing you touch is the business inside it.
You could install Odoo Community on a server yourself. Many people do, for the first month. Then the certificate expires, the disk fills up, an update breaks something at 9pm on a Tuesday, and the evenings you were going to spend on the business go into a machine instead. That job does not have to exist. We keep the server. You keep the business.
Every plan runs Odoo Community, and every plan includes the whole application set — not a cut-down version. Adding your own apps is a plan choice, not a hidden extra: from On the Rise upwards you add custom and third-party apps, a one-click install or ask us. Side Hustle is the smaller plan, and it does not include module installation.
We do not sell Odoo. We sell a business that runs.
Order & pricing
Four plans, one price each, one bill a year. The Sydney region does not cost more than any other region we run — an Australian business pays the same as everyone else.
Prices are in US dollars and billed yearly. Tax is added at checkout, and the charge is made in US dollars — an Australian card is converted by the bank that issued it, so the amount on your statement moves with the exchange rate. There is no setup fee and no per-user charge, because Odoo Community has no per-user licence. You pay by Stripe, and you can cancel at any time.
On the Rise is the plan we recommend for a trading or service business: it carries the modules and the more-than-one-domain setup a real business needs, and it is the one to pick when you are not sure.
Every plan is live in about five minutes.
| Plan | Price (USD / year) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Side Hustle | $ 214.00 | Automatic backups — no remembering · 1 domain & SSL cert |
| On the RiseRecommended | $ 395.00 | Automatic backups — no remembering · 3 domains & SSL certs · custom and third-party apps — one-click or ask us |
| Powerhouse | $ 595.00 | Automatic backups — no remembering · 3 domains & SSL certs · custom and third-party apps — one-click or ask us · 2 workers for reliability |
| Empire | From $ 950.00 — custom quote | For businesses that already run their own server: we run and manage the Odoo service on it · all modules & features · unlimited customisation · priority support & dedicated onboarding |
No setup fee. Stripe payment. Cancel at any time.
Support is the same on every plan: a support bot for the quick fixes and a human team for everything else.
On the Rise — $ 395.00 / year. Billed yearly. No setup fee.
Prices are in US dollars and tax is added at checkout. Every price on this page is the same as every other region we host in.
Our own servers, in Australia
We host in Sydney. When you set up your system you choose Australia (Sydney) as your server location, and your system runs on our servers in Australia, not in Europe or the United States.
It is the same product as every other region: the same four plans, the same backups, the same certificates, the same upgrades. Choosing Sydney changes where your system lives, and nothing else about the deal.
If your business is in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane or anywhere else in the country, this is still your region. Your team works in the same system wherever they are.
Odoo's own hosting, side by side
odoo.sh is Odoo's own hosting product. It runs Odoo Enterprise on Odoo's platform, and it is built for a developer workflow — you connect a repository and deploy your changes by pushing a branch. If your business has a developer on staff and you want Odoo Enterprise, odoo.sh is a legitimate answer, and we are not going to talk you out of it.
We are the other shape of the same idea. We run Odoo Community for you, as a managed service: one flat price a year, no per-user licence, and no repository for you to maintain. Your apps go in from On the Rise upwards — a one-click install, or ask us — and when you want a new Odoo version, that is a support ticket rather than a project.
The short version: if you want to be the developer, use odoo.sh. If you want the system and not the job, this page is for you.
If you want the line-by-line comparison — including what a self-managed server really costs once your own hours are counted — it is on our comparison page.
One business to call
We are the hosting provider, so there is no one in the middle. Your system runs on our infrastructure in our cloud, and we are the people who answer when something needs doing — one business to call, one price a year, no project, no consultant by the day.
We run six regions around the world, with Sydney for Australia. An Australian business gets a server in Australia, and the same managed service every other region gets: backups already running, your certificate issued, your apps installed, your system looked after.
You put your own customers, products and stock in during your first week. From then on it is your system, your data — and if you ever leave, it comes out with you.
Straight answers
On our servers in Sydney, Australia. When you choose Australia (Sydney) as your server location, your system runs there. That is the whole claim we make — we host in Sydney, and we are not going to dress it up with compliance badges we do not hold.
Four plans, all billed yearly in US dollars with tax added at checkout: Side Hustle $ 214.00, On the Rise $ 395.00, Powerhouse $ 595.00, and Empire from $ 950.00 on a custom quote. No setup fee, no per-user licence, cancel at any time. The Australian region costs the same as every other region.
Yes — backups run on a schedule without you setting anything up. The number of slots depends on your plan: one on Side Hustle, four on On the Rise and Powerhouse. Be aware of how they work: the slots rotate first-in, first-out, so the oldest backup is overwritten when the newest one arrives, and more slots cost extra. If you need longer history, ask us before you buy, not after.
odoo.sh is Odoo's own hosting, running Odoo Enterprise for a developer workflow — you deploy by pushing code, and an Odoo Enterprise licence per user sits on top of the hosting. We run Odoo Community for you as a managed service, at one flat price a year with no per-user licence. If you have a developer and you want Enterprise, odoo.sh is a fair choice. If you want the business system without the developer job, we are the simpler one.
Yes. Odoo's own apps are all there on every plan, and from On the Rise upwards you can add custom and third-party apps — a one-click install, or ask us. Side Hustle does not include module installation. Empire is the other end of it: for a business that already runs its own server, we run and manage the Odoo service on it — all modules, unlimited customisation, priority support and dedicated onboarding.
You move up without a data migration and without downtime. Upgrade from your Odoo settings and your instance stays live with your data in place — Side Hustle to On the Rise, or all the way to Empire.
No separate Australian support desk is published, and we do not claim an Australian office or local staff — we would rather say that plainly than imply something we cannot back. What we do have is the server in Sydney on our own infrastructure, and on every plan the same support: a support bot for the quick fixes and a human team for everything else. If something is wrong with your system, you open a ticket and we look at it.
Pick a plan, choose Sydney, and your system is live in about five minutes.
